My name is Natasha Lacroix and I am a passionate software developer with a strong background in front end web development and computer information systems. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, I have developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of software development and a dedication to continuously learning and improving my skills.
In addition to my strong foundation in computer science, I have a particular expertise in C#, and JavaScript, as well as many other libraries and frameworks such as JavaScript, ASP.NET, Vue, and React. I have used these skills to build a wide range of applications, from simple websites to complex systems with multiple integrations. I am highly proficient in both front-end and back-end development, and I have a strong understanding of the full web development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
I am always eager to learn and try new tools and frameworks in order to find the best solutions for my clients. My abilities to adapt and learn quickly, make me a valuable asset to any development team.

Web Design
I have a strong foundation in web design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and user experience design. I am also comfortable working with HTML and CSS to implement my designs and ensure that they are responsive and optimized for different devices.
Web Development
I am proficient in multiple web development languages and frameworks, including C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and jQuery. I have experience building responsive and dynamic web applications and am comfortable working with both front-end and back-end technologies.
Back End Development
I am experienced with back-end technologies and frameworks such as ASP.NET and Node.js. I am also familiar with database design and development and have experience working with MySQL, and PostgreSQL, and tools such as pgAdmin. This experience also includes custom API development.
Responsive Design
As a developer, I am well-versed in responsive and accessible design principles and have experience building websites that adapt to the needs of different devices. I understand the importance of creating a seamless user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile and have the technical skills to implement responsive layouts using techniques such as media queries and flexible grid systems.
Agile Development
I am familiar with agile development methodologies and have experience working on and leading an agile software development team. I understand the principles of agile, including the importance of iteration, collaboration, and delivering working software to users as quickly as possible. This experience includes the leading of SCRUM and roadmap meetings.

One of the biggest concerns that clients have voiced is the lack of communication skills among highly skilled individuals in technology which has impeded their ability to effectively translate ideas into functional products. My experience working with customers, managing teams, and interpreting business requirements has honed my ability to understand and address practical problems.
